1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

LuDioMiX comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No explanation or justification is required.

This guarantee applies to LuDioMiX software purchases processed through Freemius under its Flexible – Double Guarantee refund policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted through Freemius customer support or the customer portal associated with your purchase.

Please provide the email address used for the purchase and, if necessary, the order or payment reference.

To qualify for the voluntary money-back guarantee, your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. Refund Processing

When a full refund is approved, the total purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with Freemius payment processing procedures.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and payment provider. Credit card refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days.

4. License After a Refund

Once a purchase has been fully refunded, the associated paid LuDioMiX software license terminates.

The refunded license may no longer be used.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

The 14-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial benefit provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Any mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, conformity of digital content, remedies for defects, or other consumer protections under applicable EU or other national laws remain unaffected by this policy.

Statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may be subject to specific conditions and exceptions under applicable law.
